making magic fun fun fun since 94, this white prison build looks to take control and never look back. like similar decks, it runs the winter orb, icy manipulator, relic barrier, howling mine toolbox to get ahead in card advantage while its opponent gets bogged down.

white is the color of choice to support that toolbox because it sports the best removal in the game, and in this version, all the stars are out. disenchant, wrath of good, swords, armageddon, and balance round out most of the non brown spells here.

the deck is light on win conditions, but it can hard lock with orb, kismet, and icy on the board. mishra's factory can sometimes get things done along with the lone statue. the primary win condition here though is island sanctuary, allowing you to just let your opponent draw through their own deck.
